Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Gridiron.io at sleeperdynasty.com (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Gridiron.io is an AI-powered dynasty fantasy football analysis platform designed for use with Sleeper fantasy leagues. The Service provides tools including AI chat analysis, roster rankings, trade evaluation, waiver targets, player research, and related dynasty strategy features. Some features are available without an account (public tools); others require account creation and are gated by subscription tier.

3. Account Requirements

• You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use the Service.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service without our express written permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any part of the Service.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with rate limits, tier restrictions, or other security features.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to generate AI messages in excess of your tier limits.
• Share account access with others to circumvent per-account tier limitations.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Harass, threaten, or harm any person through the Service.

5. Subscription Tiers and Limitations

Gridiron.io offers multiple service tiers (Free, Pro, Elite), each with different feature access and usage limits including daily AI message caps and the number of leagues you can connect. Specific limits are displayed in the app and may be updated from time to time.

We reserve the right to modify tier features, pricing, and limits with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Free tier users acknowledge that the Service may display upgrade prompts and that certain features are reserved for paid tiers.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Sleeper, FantasyCalc, and Google. Your use of those integrations is also subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

Sleeper: Gridiron.io is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sleeper. We access league data via Sleeper's publicly available API. You are responsible for complying with Sleeper's Terms of Service.

We are not responsible for any downtime, data changes, or API modifications made by third-party providers that may affect the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, algorithms, scoring models, and content (excluding your personal data and Sleeper league data), is owned by Gridiron.io and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.

You retain ownership of any personal data you provide. By using the Service, you grant Gridiron.io a limited license to store, process, and use your data solely to provide and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of any AI-generated content, player data, or trade values provided through the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GRIDIRON.IO AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) FIFTY DOLLARS ($50).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gridiron.io and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Service, other users, or us.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. For material changes, we may also notify you via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
